"Chapter 2 (Birdnapped)
"Woah, kid I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare ya" the red bird said after Nico stopped screaming.
"It's ok.......who are you? and where am I?" Nico asked the red bird.
"My name is Carlos, and your at Mauricio's Pet Store" Carlos said, and Nico's eyes widen.
"A PET STORE?!?!?!?! HOW IN THE WORLD DID I GET FROM THE JUNGLE TO A-A-A-A PET STORE?!?!" Nico said.
"Look kid calm down, ok?" Carlos said.
"Ok" Nico said.
"And don't worry, I have a plan to get us out of here" Carlos said.
"How?" Nico said.
"You see that clock over there......Well when it strikes eactly 12:00, all the employees will go out for lunch, when they're gone I'll open the cage, we hide under that desk, wait until somebody comes in, and we fly out!" Carlos said.
"Um ok" Nico said alitlle confused.
"Ok" Carlos said.
"I'm Nico, by the way" Nico intoduced himself, Carlos smiled and said "Nice to meet you Nico".
*Meanwhile*
"NICO!! NICO!!" Pedro yelled out all over the jungle looking for the canary.
"PEDRO!!" Rafael called out from outside his hollow.
"What?" Pedro asked when he was infront of Rafael.
"What a are you doing?" Rafael asked.
"What am I doing? I'm looking for Nico, what does it look like?!" Pedro said.
"Ok first of all, calm down amigo, and second of all he wasn't with Blu and Jewel?" Rafael asked.
"No! then Jewel said that he might be back at his hollow, me and Blu went over to Nico's, he wasn't there, only a pile of feathers, three of them were Nico's, but the other one was white and larger than Nico's feathers" Pedro said.
"He;s gone?!" Rafael said.
"Yes" Pedro said.
"Wait, you said that the fourth feather was white, and larger than Nico's feathers?" Rafael said.
"Yeah" Pedro said.
"You don't think it was...." Rafael said and with that Pedro went into panic mode.
"NICO!!!!" Pedro yelled out and he took off like a rocket.
"PEDRO, WAIT UP!!, EVA I'LL BE RIGHT BACK!!" Rafael said and he took off after Pedro.
"WAIT A MINUTE, RAFAEL WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING?!?! RAFAEL!!" Eva hollored out of the hollow, but Rafel was gone.
*12:00*
Allof the employees started to leave for lunch and once the store was empty, carlos got down from the swing in the cage, and started to pick the lock.
"Ok Nico, you ready?" Carlos said.
"Yeah......OW!!!" Nico said when he stood up and tried to move his wing.
"What's wrong?" Carlos sai and he ran to Nico's side.
"My wing.........it hurts!" Nico said.
"ok, let me see" Carlos said, he tried his best to not hurt Nico, but his wing hurt even with the slightest touch.
"OW!" Nico said.
"Sorry, this is bad" Carlos said.
"What?" Nico asked.
"Nico, I think you broke your wing, i'm afraid you can't fly" Carlos said.
*With Pedro*
"NICO!!!! NICO!!!!!" bot Pedro and Rafael yelled out all around the city.
"Pedro, I think it will be better if we split up!" Rafael said.
"Yeah I think so too!" Pedro said.
"Let's meet at Ipanema at sunset!" Rafael said.
"k!" Pedro said and they both flew in different directions.
Pedro started to fly around the fruit stands, alleys, and other different places in the city, but nothing.
"Pedro?" a voice said behind him.
Pedro turned around and said "Grace?".
"What are you doing?" Grace asked.
"Have you seen Nico?" Pedro asked.
"Not since last night, why?" Grace said.
"He's gone!" Pedro said.
"What?!" Grace said
"Yeah, when I went to his hollow, he wasn't there, then I cheked at Rafael's he wasn't there either, I checked with Blu and Jewel, no, then me and Blu checked at his hollow again, nothing only 4 feathers three were his, but the other one wasn't!!" Pedro said.
"Ok, ok calm down, look i'll help you look for him" Grace said.
"Thanks" Pedro said.
*That Night*
"OW!" Nico yelled.
"Sorry" Carlos said, he was bandeging Nico's right wing.
"Are you almost done?! OW!!!" Nico said.
"Almost...........an done" Carlos said.
"Thanks" Nico said.
"No problem, now don't take those off, it will help your wing heal" Carlos said, and Nico chuckled.
"I won't....*sight* now how am i going to get out of here??" Nico said.
"Well the only other way would be to get adopted" Carlos said.
"What?" Nico asked.
"Yeah, some human sees you, and if they want to, they adopt you, but you might never come out" Carlos said.
Nico sights, and thinks "Great, another adoption" he curled up, and stared at the moon outside the window.

Weird huh? first you are in the jungle fast alseep, then you end up waking up in a PET STORE?!?! well let's just say thatit didn't go as planned, I would tell you what was the original plan, but I think that would be spoiling the story (?) IDK.

Nigel was the kidnapper, right, very good twist, i like fast pase stories or t.v. shows that you have to keep up with becasue if you miss on second you will lose the whole store line very quickly. poor Nico, his wing can't let him excape. so carlos is helping him trying to excape, cool.
